Laughter Yoga | $20 + GST

Course Overview:

Laughter Yoga is the happiest workout to remedy fatigue, boredom, depression, loneliness, anxieties, aches and pains. This one hour group class will combine laughter exercises with yogic deep breathing and body stretches, inter-spaced with mindful visualizations and positive affirmations. This class will show you how laughter can be used in an exercise routine to improve physical and mental wellness, and will help you to de-stress, rejuvenate your body and mind and strengthen your immune system. Join Purnima Gosavi, Registered Social Worker, Counselor and Yoga Therapist and get happy!


This class is family-friendly. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and dress comfortably.
