French Cooking: The Foods of Provence | $79 + GST

Course Overview:

Join Chef Alison Bell for an Evening in Provence, an area known for its fresh seafood, produce, olives, olive oil and herbs.  Students will prepare a selection of specialties from the region including salade Niçoise, bouillabaisse, ratatouille, pan bagnat, soufflé de chevre and pissaladière. Learn about the culinary culture of the region, take away valuable cooking skills and enjoy a delicious dinner.
