Wildlife Track Identification | $109 + GST

Course Overview:

This course will show the outdoor enthusiast how to identify wildlife in the winter through tracks they leave in the snow.  Included are large ungulates such as moose, elk, caribou and deer, predators such as wolf and cougar as well as smaller furbearers such as marten, muskrat and raccoon.  It can help the hunter to identify prime habitats and wildlife corridors or it can just be fun for the outdoor recreationalist. This one-day course will have half a day in class and half a day in the field. 


Participants will require transportation to the Wildlife Center for the afternoon, carpooling would be appreciated.
